As an Engineer with entrepreneurial spirit and a love for life, Clemm is a high energy individual with a desire to create both in the engineering and business sense. Having designed and built various electro-mechanical systems at the same time that he designed and built his own company from a garage operation, culminating with making the INC500 list of fastest growing companies in America.
By using the ISO9001 format to organize the company, and using this format for many years, has made him sort of an expert on the subject.

With the purchase of a small machine shop (Tony’s Machine Shop) there will be the opportunity to verify if the processes are structured right and his procedures work across multiple organizations.
As part of his engineering experience, he has designed and built electro-mechanical systems for the following industries:
Semiconductor – Solar – Medical – Homeland Security – Energy Savings Devices – Hard Drive Manufacturing Equipment – Automotive – LED manufacturing

As part of his business development experience, he has developed the following specialties:
Start-up development – ISO9001 implementation – Industrial Control Panel (UL508A) certification – MRP system implementation – Sales and Marketing

His initial company,, is an Industrial Control Panel (UL508A) certified shop. This, along with their ISO9001 certification, assures their customers and regulatory agencies that their products and services comply with highest applicable safety and quality standards.

His new acquisition,, specializes in prototype to small volume production with and over the counter format. We are here to help engineers, tinkerers, or anyone with an idea for a mechanical system refine it and develop it further.

Andrew Probert, VP of Sales

Andrew Probert is a Pennsylvania State University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering.

He started his professional career in Menso, where he was appointed as the account manager, responsible for multi line sales to petrochemical, pharmicutical, semiconductor and general industries.

In 2004, he was hired by Ultra Clean technology as the sales director and his focus was on Sales and management for key accounts focused on systems integration.

After leaving Ultra Clean Technology in 2017, he became the VP of Sales at CDA systems where his main focus was on Compressed air equipment management, and equipment and service sales.

Since 2018, Andrew has become the VP of Sales at Areiasys Systems and he is helping the company in Management and sales of power distribution and control panels.
