Areias has both the flexibility and scalability to manufacture product designed by either our customer’s engineers or our engineers. We are trained in reading and understanding various documentation formats and requirements.

Prototyping

Areias has a long track record of success in assisting our customer in developing new products to market. Our services include selecting secondary components such as terminal blocks and wires to meet requirements.

Quality Control

Areias performs quality checks on every item which includes incoming material, in-process, and final assembly.

Materials Management

Areias has a fully implemented materials requirement planning with stablished supply chains. Our suppliers are part of the team and help support both delivery schedules and availability.

Engineering

Areias has the experience and training to design to meet customer requirements along with regulations such as UL508A, NFPA79, Semi, Samsung, and copy exact. We also have experience with revision control and use of engineering change orders.
